Melanie,
I can see from other responses you managed to sort out the larger issues of grademark, so this belated response is more about the missing images. Aren't all images removed from the online versions of student papers? In my experience, Turnitin only compares text and replaces images with "[pic]" as a placeholder so I would expect images to be removed.
All the best,
Trav.

Subject: Turnitin integrated with Blackboard
Hello
I suspect this is a Turnitin issue rather than a Blackboard one.
Apologies if this is not the right mailing list but I couldn't find a
Turnitin list on JISC.
A tutor has a Turnitin assignment due tomorrow. About 12 students have
already submitted. Of these, 2 submissions do not show properly on the
online version (images are missing) and the grademark option is not
available at all.
The copy you can download is correct.
Both docs are docx and were submitted on Monday. Other docx submissions
with similar content appear fine.
The tutor wants to use grademark.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be and how to resolve
it? I've contacted Turnitin but have had no response yet and it's
getting quite urgent.
Many thanks
Melanie
