Not able to attend this and Vuk's important gesture, but good luck to both from all of us shallow and culturally glacial Media Artists in the North.
Glaciers do of course have great breadth and alter the shape of the world permanently so...

Subject: [NEW-MEDIA-CURATING] Presentation at ICA, London
Dear Crumb list,
I'd like to invite you to join me at London's ICA for a lecture/
presentation on my electronic art installations. Among other pieces, I
will be showing footage from "Voz Alta", the memorial for the 1968
Tlatelolco student massacre, which was recently completed in Mexico
City.
While my work lacks depth and cultural urgency, it may provide a
chance to reminisce about the lazy, juvenile, unimportant field of
Media Art in general. I would be most honoured if the UK-based media
art community could join me, --in particular it would be incredible if
Jasia Reichardt could attend (how can I reach her?) as I would like to
use the ocassion to thank her for her pioneering work, including the
influential 1968 "Cybernetic Serendipity" exhibition at ICA.
Saturday 15 November at 4PM, ICA Theatre, London.
Hope to see you there,
Rafael
