We are developing quality standards for our tertiary college Learning
Resources Centre. We are working with the Cofhe self-assessment toolkit, but
need more concrete evidence. Our particular interest is in liaising with
teaching staff. We feel we communicate well with them - but we get few
replies to our emails.
Does anyone else have any criteria for the quality of liaison with teaching
staff? Do you have any tried and trusted methods of getting a response, other
than hanging round the staff-rooms? Please let me know, and I will report
back on any helpful ideas.
