Yes.
NB It is a relative (rather than complete) mess because tragically the
GPC does not run the NHS and quite often HMG doesn't follow their
sensible advice on how it should be done. This time they seem to have
bought something which they presumably regard as "good enough" rather
than "gold standard" on the grounds that the opportunity costs of
genital wart prevention will prevent something else happening (eg the
NHS surplus being even greater). Not that I have enough scientific
knowledge to know which pharmaceutical company's information is to be
preferred, what the opportunity costs are or even explain how the NHS
can be in surplus when so many people have gone without so many
treatments...
