Dear All,
We have just opened the conference website for the 2009 British Geophysical
Association "New Advances in Geophysics" meeting.
The meeting (about which I emailed the list back in July) is entitled
"New Views on the Earth's Interior" and is being organised
jointly with the Mineral Physics Group of the Mineralogical Society.
It is a cross-disciplinary meeting to present new developments on the
structure, composition and evolution of all parts of the Earth's interior,
from uppermost mantle to inner core.
The dates are 12th-13th February 2009, and the deadline for abstracts
is *19th December*.
The website for registration is:

Please do pass this email on to anyone you know who might be interested
(e.g. in physics departments working on solid-state/high-P/T) who might not be
on our list.
