I think that might explain the error - the patch was for our current
release ( 4.1.x ). It might be worth considering upgrading to 4.1.1 -
which has a numerous bug-fixes and improvements and over 4.0.x: e.g.
FEAT now includes nonlinear registration ( via FNIRT ), outlier
modeling and voxelwise covariates in higher-level analysis.
