Hi - I'm afraid this isn't possible with v1.1, sorry. It IS possible
with v1.2 (the version in the latest FSL4.1 release), because you can
combine all your different masks into a single image, using different
integer numbers for the different masks. I would strongly recommend
switching to this latest version anyway, because the deprojection is
done more accurately - though of course, I'm afraid, that would mean
having to run all of TBSS from scratch as these two versions aren't
compatible.
