That's what I figured...
I actually asked a related question a week or so ago.
You need to draw an ROI on that blob in fslview, then you have 2 options:
- using tbss_deproject to get this ROI back to individual native space
and use fsltstats -k
- just apply the MNI-space ROI to fslmeants on the all_FA_skeletonized volume.
Steve suggested the latter might be more robust (not to mention that
it will save you the deproject time (took me about a day to go through
all my subjects)).
I found that the results were remarkably similar despite the resampling anyway.
