We are pleased to announce the call for applications for the Worldwide Universities Network (WUN) International and Comparative Criminal Justice Network Fellowship for 2009 which will be hosted by the Institute of Criminology at the University of Sydney. The Fellowship provides generous financial support for an international scholar (up to $20,000 Aus) to conduct a research visit to the host institution of at least 6 weeks - please note that all currency details are in Australian Dollars.
One Fellowship will be awared in 2009 on a competitive basis.

Applications should address the Fellowship criteria and detail the timing and length of visit proposed. The Fellowship is available to 'Network members or their nominees (regardless of whether they are employed by WUN institutions)' - a list of inaugural network members is available at: http://www.wun.ac.uk/iccjnet/events.html.
Funding is being secured for this Fellowship to run for two further years (in 2010 and 2011) in the first instance and is designed to promote and advance the work of the International and Comparative Criminal Justice Network.
In 2010 the Fellowship will be jointly hosted by the Centre for Criminal Justice Studies at the University of Leeds and the Centre for Criminological Research at Sheffield University.
