Dear SPM experts,
I've been having a problem lately with displaying contrast images in
spm5. The first time I estimate a model and run contrasts for single
subjects, the glass brains and con images look fine. However, if I
try to view the contrasts again, the glass brains are filled to
varying degrees with black colouring (see attached picture).
These black regions appear in the con images as well and are given
the "NAN" label.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I think it must be a MATLAB
issue if the images/contrasts are fine the first time they are
generated. We're using MATLAB 7.3.0298(R2006B) and have installed
the most recent SPM updates. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Justin and Jovanka
