Hi there,
I'm fairly new to FSL and have a question about betfunc. I'm running FEAT
(v5.81) and have the BET option "checked" to skull strip my 4D fmri data.
I understand filtered_func_data.nii.gz to have been skull stripped using the
betfunc tool in the prestats portion of my FEAT analysis. However, in looking
at this file, it appears that some of the skull and eyeballs are still there. This
indicates poor skull stripping of my fmri data, correct?
If so, and if my subject moved their eyeballs a lot during the scan (but not
their head), would this movement impact the activation levels I'm seeing in the
brain of my poststats report?
Thanks in advance for the help,
Lara
