Hi,
- You can specify a fixed number of ICs you want to retrieve by
deactivating the 'automatic dimension estimation' on the stats tab.
- if you saved a .fsf file (say melodic.fsf), you can execute it by
using feat 'melodic.fsf'
- If you look into the log file created by melodic you can see all
commands that are executed before running melodic. You can write your
own Bash script for full melodic processing. Otherwise you could use the
preprocessing from the Feat Gui, where you could specify insteads of
'Full Analysis' 'Pre-Stats'. This step could be saved as a .fsf file,
too, so you can run both files with two subsequent feat calls.
I hope this helps,
wolf
