I actually get a lot of these. I don't normally post them because their news value is pretty limited. But if there are list members who are particularly interested in this area, please let me know. What does strike me now that I think about it is that I've never seen one where the defendant was in a Drug Court. Perhaps Drug Courts don't use TCs. They certainly don't in the UK do list members have any information about the relationship between drug courts and TCs in other countries? I'd be particularly interested in any information from the USA.
