Maybe it is because there was no bias correction done when your seg_sn.mat
files were generated. I haven't tested the effects of leaving this out on
the DARTEL import step. Try changing spm_dartel_import.m at around line 104
to:
if ~isempty(bsol),
cr = exp(transf(bB1,bB2,bB3(z,:),bsol)).*f;
else
cr = f;
end
