Hello SPMers,
I am using SPM5.1782 and Matlab 7.0 on Windows XP 2002 Service Pack 3.
I acquired my fMRI images with the following parameters:
Recon resolution (x, y): 128 128
Max. number of slices/locations: 34
FOV (ap,fh,rl) [mm]: 216.00 102.00 240.00
Slice thickness [mm]: 3.00
pixel spacing (x,y) (in mm): 1.9 1.9 (2*float)
I am going to use MarsBar to create ROIs. These need to be in the following ICBM space:
FOV (ap,fh,rl) [mm]: 181.00 217.00 181.00
voxel dimensions [mm]: 1.0 1.0 1.0
Should I preprocess the fMRI images using SPM spatial preprocessing routines (i.e., realignment, segmentation, coregistration, normalization, smoothing)? If so, should I change any of the parameters in these routines in order to get the images into the required space?
OR
Is there a way to save the ROI images created by MarsBar (post-preprocessing) into the required space (the ROI images need to be in analyze format, i.e., hdr/img)?
OR
Is there a better way to do this?
Thank-you for your reply,
Julie
