I think what you are talking about is a trade test, which isnt
necessarily an OH issue In the past I have just seen a bundle of wires
used - not sure that there is something bespoke to purchase as such . In
my experience I have seen many electricians who fail an Ischihara but
can still differentiate for the purposes of work

Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Colour matching wires
Hello all
does anyone know where I can purchase the wire bundle which is used for
testing colour deficiency?
The electrical engineering dept could do to get one they are buying an
ishihara for their students prior to enrollment on courses but have had
experience of electricians who are experienced but fail the ishihara. I
have
used the wire bundle in the past for such cases in a previous employer
but a
google search only throws up the patent!
Jacqui
