I'm hoping you can help or at least point me in the right direction.
I have been charged with locating an Electronic Document Management
System for the NHS Trust I work for. We want the system to hold electronic
copies all patient information leaflets that are currently kept in hardcopy plus
an archive of all previous editions of any literature for governance purposes. I
also want to add external organisation's web links to the system. And, the
system needs to be accessed by all staff but controlled centrally.
I've been on a career break for a few years and don't really know what
products have been tried and tested during that time. If anyone can give me
names of products that have proven useful or names of products to steer
clear of that would be very helpful.
