£37-40,000 - Based in London SE1.
SCIE's mission is to identify and spread knowledge about good practice to the
large and diverse social care workforce. Our influence within the sector far
outweighs the size of the organisation - much of this far-reaching work is
research and project-based and includes dealing with new technologies and
multimedia projects. So, this is a great environment in which to add to your

As a senior member of the knowledge management team, you'll contribute to
our highly-regarded research and project work, applying your expertise in
information management to maintain the rigour and relevance of our work. In
addition to supporting and advising colleagues, you will lead a number of
projects yourself. This will include managing project scoping processes and
quality assurance. You will also manage Project Information Officers and play
an integral part in our work on systematic mapping processes.
It's essential that you have strong knowledge of research methodologies,
systematic reviewing, critical appraisal methods, and online searching skills,
underpinned by a relevant degree or post graduate qualification. You will be
adept at all aspect of project management. Good people management skills are
also a must.
