Dear all,
I wondered if you could help me once again, please?
One of our residents is having trouble with a disabled parking bay - namely, it's outside his house, but, of course, cannot be reserved for his use only.
One of our Councillors does not think this acceptable.
I think that it's pretty much law and there's not much we can do about it, if anything. Putting in a TRO (Traffic Regulation Order) in place would cost a lot of money and wouldn't guarantee that he could always park there.
Anyway, I wondered if you knew what happened at your councils? Any advice would be gratefully received.
Thanks,
Helen
