This has been requested where I am also. With my previous employer
gender neutral toilets consisted of a row of self contained cubicles
around 4 that had a toilet, wash basin and dryer in and the sign just
said toilets. This seems like a better option than changing the signs
on the toilets or declaring toilets are now gender neutral. They should
be built for purpose.
