Just to clarify why I asked about eddy_current correction: You will need to
do it before you apply the field map to the DWIs, but not before you apply
it to the b0 (just as Mark said).

We are running GE 1.5T
Field map is done with two separate axial, 3D GRE images TE = 8ms and 12.7
DTI is acquired axial oblique
field maps are calculated from the real and imaginary images that come off
the scanner.
After that, I resample and register the field map to the "nodif" (b=0) image
from DTI so that they are lined up and in the same grid.
No eddy current correction as I am using the nodif image (the "true" image
that will be used as the reference for eddy current correction).
then i just used
fugue --dwell=0.00063 --asym=0.0047 --unwarpdir=y-
How do i show pictures? Whenever I try to attach anything it bounces back
saying that my email is over 50k...
