Thanks George

Good idea to promote the IPCC, except for one thing - they are too tame; 
as they have to have all member governments on board, things get watered 
down (not just by the Americans and some of the oil producers, but the 
Chinese as well.)

And I believe there are some IPCC scientists amongst the sceptics.

I think we ought to point that out, so their demands seem like an 
absolute minimum
