This phrase is not confined to Norway. In Sweden, "Det finns inget
dåligt väder, bara dåliga kläder!" is an eye-rollingly hakneyed cliché.
:) It could quite easily have been borrowed from Norwegian though.
Perhaps it's common across Scandinavia? Any Danes here care to confirm?
