Looking back at the themes discussed in the previous 'Time Watch' programme along with Geoff Wainwrights comments on the significance of the blue rocks it concretes my views on the meaning and purpose of the monument of Rockhenge.
I agree the blue rocks are the most significant aspect to the development of the site.
However, this throws up the significance of the sarcens which I believe have been very much misunderstood.
Not have only the sarcens been misunderstood but also the parts of the final Rockhenge that are now missing. Missing because unlike the rocks they could not withstand the passage of time due to their organic nature as to much later times as the present.
