They do a good 'ploot(e)' soup down at the Green Dragon, just near here, according to the traditional recipe. No nettles but plenty of wild garlic.:-)
Of course as we all know there is little you actually do with a ploot(e) unless you have loads of them. Ploot(e) pate comes to mind.
