*HOW TO WORK WITH PERSONALITY DISORDERS*
*A conference for professionals working with Personality Disorders in
all settings*
“As things stand today, people with a primary diagnosis of personality
disorder are frequently unable to access the care they need from
secondary mental health services. A few trusts have dedicated
personality disorder services, but these are the exception rather than
the rule.” –
NIMHE 2003
*This conference explores the therapeutic methods and models that are
used to treat these disorders. Service users and ex-service users will
be speaking about their experiences in therapy together with practising
clinicians from both private and public sector organisations. The aim of
the conference is to share experiences and best practice solutions to
aid the therapeutic process.*
