This may not be the ideal list for your enquiry. Most members here are
involved with drug-free TCs and by the time clients reach them their
crimes are largely in the past. You may be better with a list where
members are working with ongoing use like Addict-L or DMR. That's not
to say that EFTC members won't have any thoughts on this of course.
