Dear All
In addition to the answers so far, please also see slide 5 of this talk
(http://indico.cern.ch/materialDisplay.py?contribId=163&sessionId=60&mat
erialId=slides&confId=32220) just given at EGEE08. GGUS should be the
first place a bug is reported by a "user" and a "site administrator" in
the current model.

Just getting to this ... bugs, including YAIM bugs, should eventually
end up in savannah, so if you know how to submit there it's faster to do
it directly. However, you need to know what you're doing - in particular
if you get the wrong category it may languish forever, there's no TPM
for savannah! (Except that I sometimes fix assignments if I notice that
they're wrong.) YAIM bugs go in the Configuration category. Otherwise
submit a GGUS ticket and it should get sorted out by the TPM or the
installation support unit.
