Hello,
I am surprised that the "yum list updates" command does not list the
recent updates available though the packages are in the repository.
Example for a VOBOX :
The repository :
http://linuxsoft.cern.ch/EGEE/gLite/R3.1/glite-VOBOX/sl4/i386/RPMS.updates/
My yum config (file /etc/yum.repos.d/glite-VOBOX.repo :
# This is the official YUM repository string for the glite 3.1 VOBOX
# Fetched from:
http://grid-deployment.web.cern.ch/grid-deployment/yaim/repos/glite-VOBOX.repo
# Place it to /etc/yum.repos.d/ and run 'yum update'
[glite-VOBOX]
name=gLite 3.1 VOBOX service
baseurl=http://linuxsoft.cern.ch/EGEE/gLite/R3.1/glite-VOBOX/sl4/$basearch/
enabled=1
=> Has the repository organization been modified recently ?
Should it have the folder 'RPMS.updates' appended ?
What is wrong ?
Thanks.
JM
PS : the glite-VOBOX.repo is still the same on :
http://grid-deployment.web.cern.ch/grid-deployment/glite/repos/glite-VOBOX.repo
though the URL has changed.
