Sorry for the quick self-reply, but as my first guess was firewall
problem, here some additional information:
both machines are in the same submit, iptables on the WMS is (still)
empty and when I try to reach port 20000 (first one in the PORT_RANGE)
while the globus-url-copy command is running, it works:
