I'm trying to run fnirt, but am running into this error message
Error occured during estimation at subsampling level > 1
Exception thrown with message: St9bad_alloc

I've attached my config file. I'm basically just subbing out the MNI
template for a T2 image from the same subject.
the command i used was this:
fnirt --config=T2.cnf --in=nodif.cardRPI.regToT2.nii
--refout=T2.cardRPI.unb --iout=nodif.NLregToT2 --logout=fnirt.log1 -vvv >
fnirtoutput.vvv.txt
The logfile only seems to give me the options i used.
I didn't get this error when i tried registering to the MNI template.
