Dear Mark and all:
Under normal conditions, people will not object the idea. And I agree
as well (my speciality is safety and use).
However, if one has to deal with the emergency situation such as the
one that occurred in Naha Airport on 20th August 2007, responsible
officials and staff will be hesitant to accept more than a few number
of people who use wheelchairs on board.
Re above accident, all 175 on board escaped just before it exploded,
but you can imagine how difficult it could have been if someone who
use a wheelchair was among the passengers.
