Hello,
I wonder if anyone else out there who is using Shibboleth is experiencing any
difficulties accessing Scopus or ScienceDirect off-campus (or on-campus, for that matter).
Typically, at this time of year, many of our students are off-campus and it's causing
quite an inconvenience.
I ask as we have been without off-campus access to Scopus for over a week. After a series
of very confusing e-mails and Live Chat sessions, we are not really any closer to a
solution. Is anyone else having problems?
Any light anyone can shed would be greatly appreciated as we are very close to losing the
plot altogether here!
