Hi SPMers,
For combining different activation maps on the same image,I did it by
following guides of Matthew from
http://imaging.mrc-cbu.cam.ac.uk/imaging/DisplaySlices
However, there are some questions:
1. I selected the different images i.e., con_001.img (A-B) and con_002.img
(B-A). In this case, the only little display problem I would then have, is that
the colourbars for the (actually negative) con_0002 image would have
positive numbers associated. I read that I could fix that in a graphics
package or something. Somebody can tell me the specific way that I can fix
the problem?( I am not an expert SPM user, but this is very urgent to me.)
2. What is the relationship between "img val range for colormap" and t-value
or p-value? I assume that img val range for colormap is the t-value of the
colored areas. However, when I put 2.86 for img val, there was no activation.
(when I check my result in the result GUI at the level of uncorrected p<.005,
Height threshold T was 2.86, and there was significantly activated areas).
3. I would like to overlay my results(con_001.img and con_002.img) by using
this slice_overlay method at the level of uncorrected p<.005. How can I do
this?
I would appreciate any suggestions or reply so much.
With thanks,
Mi Sook
