I thought it was fronted by Donald Saunders -- shows how much I know.
The entry on "Codliver Orange and the Orange Juice" was written by Hamish
Whyte.
I asked Hamish what this was about, and most of the entry is recycled Carl
McDougal.
Other than that, what I know is probably libelous, actionable, and wrong.
Both Tom Leonard and Jim Kelamn -- the usual suspects -- were involved.
It's rather a neat book, and you can even show it to your granny (at the
same time asking her why she sold her mangle) and get a chuckle out of her.
Deeply parochial.
