Effectively Branding Your Information Services
All libraries and information teams need to ensure their internal clients are aware of the products and services available to them. Can creating a brand for your services help?
This seminar will feature two case studies highlighting how a commercial bank and professional service firm have significantly increased awareness and usage for their information services by creating and promoting their services within a single brand.
