Dear Sally,
JISC have published the report and put it on their blog for comments by
UK HE, but I have not had any personal contact with them since
publication. Our Press Office here in Exeter is preparing a press
release jointly with JISC so this may help to provoke a response.
Othewise comments to the report have been restricted to a few Middle
Eastern academics and librarians, plus Ethosnet and John Scally.
Thanks fro your support,
Best wishes,
Paul.

Dear Paul,
Have you had any response to this report yet from JISC?
I have mentioned how useful I think it is in various places but I am not
sure whether that will be of any value.
Do let me know how things progress
Best wishes
Sally
