Hi Colin,

When I try putting back the TransactionLog clause within the <Logging></Logging>, I get a parse error.

https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/SHIB/IdPLoggingConfig says:
"This element (ie Log4JConfig) must be contained by a Logging element and may not be paired with a TransactionLog or ErrorLog element."
