Dear Friends:
I have three groups of patients performed the Stroop task and I assessed the
correlations between brain activity and reaction time (RT) for each group.
Now, I want to assess any brain areas show different correlation among the
three groups. My question is how to do it?
Can I use one way anova first to see if any brain areas showing different
correlation among the three groups? And if I have positive findings, can I
use multiple regression to further assess the differences between any two
groups?
Best
