Dear all,
Can anyone point me, please, to information in distinguishing between bones of Salmo salar, Atlantic salmon, and S. trutta, sea trout?
I have been given some postprandial specimens described as salmon and sea trout - but which is which is not indicated. I'm wondering whether I should junk them as reference material!
Regards,
Tony.
