I have been looking at modelling the hrf with fourier basis functions, but am struggling a bit. I was under the impression that multiplying the estimated beta value with appropriate column from SPM.xBF.bf and summing the columns would give me the best fitting curve for my particular condition. However, when I do this the estimated hrfs look a bit odd. I have attached one as an example.
Thanks in advance,
Gordon
