Hi Eva, this sounds like an interesting study! I think that your questionnaire will be of limited use. If many women say no to your first question, where do you go then?
I would suggest getting a group of women together and running in effect a focus group. Have a few questions/areas of interest that you want information on and let women talk! Record their narrative to allow you to go over it and this will allow you to pull out relevent information. It may then be appropriate to go onto one to one interviews with women who have experienced the problem, and what you have learned from your women's gathering/focus groups can then be used to develop a more structured interview schedule.Getting the right approach to start with will lead to quality data, which will be what is required to improve public health. You have a great opportunity here, I wish you well. it is an important area of practice.
all best wishes.

Dear Colleagues,
I am a registered nurse working in Namibia, and currently studying for my Doctoral of Nursing with the University of Namibia. I am planning to conduct a research study on "Perception of Preterm Labour by Pregnant Women on in the Northern Region of Namibia". I would like you to look at this questionaire, study it, critisize it, add what you feel is essential, and judge its reliability and validity.
I hope you are willing to assist me in making a difference in the maternal care of my country. Your contribution will be acknowledge in the research report.
Thank you.
Love,
Eva
