Do you know anything about this? The Springer protocols seem to have been
enabled for quite a few trusts without having been requested.
Thanks

Subject: Springer protocols
Yesterday afternoon I received e-mails saying that 'Springer protocols'
had been added to the list of Athens resources available to the Trusts
that I administer. We haven't requested this (or paid for it) - does
anyone know if it is part of a national deal?
Given the subject (laboratory protocols) I suspected that the relevant
departments in the hospital had bought it and it had mistakenly been
allocated to the whole hospital trust. However it has also been added to
the PCT and Mental Health Trust so it doesn't look like that is the case.
