Could I add to this list, could we have some information about statistics? It's extremely difficult to work out whether it's worth having electronic access to a title without some access information, or whether it's better to just get the articles as required from the BL or other sources.
I understand that Wiley works very differently from Blackwells on this front, with users being required to have a 'minimum spend' with the publisher before even being eligible for the kind of licence that will make statistics available for Wiley titles.
I'm still not clear about whether we will even be able to get Blackwell statistics for some of our journals over the summer, assuming that the access issues have been resolved by then. (I'm waiting for the response on that one from Wiley currently.)

Subject: [LIS-E-RESOURCES] Wiley-Blackwell: could we have an update please?
I wonder if it might be appropriate for someone from Blackwell - either Emily Gillingham or an account manager - to update us on any progress ironing out the problems which occurred on moving content from Blackwell Synergy to Wiley Interscience?
I think, from the posts on lis-e-resources so far, we'd like to know:
1. When the Blackwell Synergy OpenURLs will redirect to the correct page (i.e. at journal level, not Wiley Interscience homepage).
2. When all licence details for Blackwell Synergy and Wiley Interscience customers will appear correctly.
3. Whether former Blackwell Synergy titles which were free or partially free will continue to be available on Wiley Interscience under the same terms.
4. When Google Scholar links will redirect correctly.
5. When knowledge banks such as SerialsSolutions, SFX, etc., will include correct information and URLs.
6. When the Online Content Transition News at Wiley-Blackwell
(http://www3.interscience.wiley.com/aboutus/wiley-
blackwell/transition.html will be updated - the last time it was changed was on the 2nd July.
I can appreciate that the company's workload must be heavy after the transfer, but I think we would all appreciate it if we know what is happening as we have now been living with these issues, and having to explain them to colleagues and students, for seven days.
Thanks
Louise
