Did you also install the condor-utils metapackage?
yum install glite-CONDOR_utils
Condor itself is not shipped with the metapackage. Get the RPM from the
Wisconsin webpage and do a yum localinstall. This will also add te
dependencies.
The configuration targets for YAIM are then: -n lcg-CE -n
glite-CONDOR_utils.
