Traditionally Library staff have handled user queries about access to resources and have used the Athens logs to resolve problems.
What have people done to give the same kind of reporting now that we're using Shibboleth? We need some mechanism to present the information in the Shibboleth IdP logs in a useful way, is there anything available?
