If you want it private, don't put it there.
Or have I a different idea of "private".

I use Blosxom.

You can construct a robots.txt file which forbids all spiders to spider
your site.

There was some work and interest in hypertext writing last century.
Have a look for a game called Galatea (Google game galatea and play it
in the second hit (herenowme)
http://www.google.com/search?q=game+galatea&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.debian:en-US:unofficial&client=iceweasel-a
I regard this, and the author, Emily Short, as clever.
Consider Zork.
Work through the obvious hits in
http://www.google.com/search?q=hypertext&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.debian:en-US:unofficial&client=iceweasel-a
(in any order, you'll tend to return to teh same places)
To write a hypertext, you might use a hypertext editor
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=iceweasel-a&rls=org.debian%3Aen-US%3Aunofficial&q=hypertext+editor&btnG=Search
or you might use Emacs or Notepad of coruse...
You may wish to embed images, sounds, etc and thus be into hypermedia.
Judging Microsoft's tools by their approach to email threading, I would
not expect their word-processor to be optimised for hypertext. They
clearly have something that does hypetext, but I'm unsure that has been
released.

I hope I've guided you in several directions, some of which re-encounter
themselves.
