Dear Gems,
Our local Refugee Action group have contacted me to request a led session
in the Museum for their Summer Playscheme, it'll actually be two groups; 5-
10 yrs and 11-16 year olds. I'm planning a fun, simple, crafty activity
for the younger ones, but am a bit stumped for the older group.
I've looked at a number of ESOL resources from other museums which have
given me some ideas for a museum trail, but I wondered if anyone has any
experience/advice that they'd be willing to share?
I've also considered object handling and a life-size self portrait
activity, but as we'll only have an hour or so I want to provide the most
useful type of activity.
At least it's Friday... woop!
Thanks,
Caroline
