The only one of those reasons listed I can see they can possibly shelter
under is:-
* in relation to entering or carrying out a contract, ...
and one would then probably need to look at their contractual terms,
where I would assume they have covered themselves in there, well, if not
in glory...
If I was on their side, of course, I would argue there is an
'overriding public interest' in not disclosing such information...
which overrides your individual rights... although whether I can choose
any law I like to ignore by arguing that point...?
Perhaps there is an 'overriding public interest (in maintaining
diversity and freedom of expression) in not paying taxes? I can just see
that going down like a lead balloon at the Treasury...
