Dear Haibo,
Sorry, but I am a bit confused now as I am not sure why you would want
to use a one or two samples t-test. When you use the 'flexible
factorial' design you can put all the conditions (i.e. con*.img from
the first level) in your GLM. This is also better from a variance
perspective as you take all your data into account.
